Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with European law, you have a 14-day period starting from the day you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

and include:

  • your name

  • your order number

  • the book(s) concerned

We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not yet entered preparation or been shipped.

Once the order is in preparation, printing, or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

In this case, the customer must wait to receive the product and then exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the return conditions below.

Return Conditions

Books must be returned in their original condition and in good state.

This means in particular:

  • no written, highlighted, or annotated pages

  • no stains

  • no torn pages

  • no heavily damaged covers

Opening the packaging and flipping through the book are permitted.

Products must be returned within 14 days following the notification of withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless there has been an error on our part or the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return shipping.

In the event of a printing defect, incorrect title, or damage during transport, please contact us with photos. We will then offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • digital products (ebooks, PDFs, downloads)

  • gift cards

  • books that are clearly damaged or excessively used

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the decision.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 10 business days.

Initial shipping costs will only be refunded up to the amount of the standard shipping option offered at the time of purchase.
